What to Eat & Drink in Vancouver February 2018

Well, hello birds, sky and little snowdrops! It is so nice to see you again. I'm writing this on what feels like the first day in a million years that it wasn't dark about five minutes after lunch. I closed my eyes and if I tried really hard, I could imagine patio season just a few weeks away.
